A slap of zest
Bring the bone broth to a near boil and reduce to a simmer. Add 1/3 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger and turmeric and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour, blow, sip, enjoy.
Sweet 'n hot
Bring the bone broth to a near boil and reduce to a simmer. Add a teaspoon of smashed roasted garlic and some fine chopped chili (as hot as you can handle) and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour, smell, slurp.


A pinch of Thai
Bring the bone broth to a near boil and reduce to a simmer to heat through. Pour into a cup and add some chopped coriander and a royal squeeze of fresh lime juice.
A fresh start
Bring the bone broth to a near boil and reduce to a simmer to heat through. Pour into a cup and add some finely chopped parsley and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Ginger Miso Brothel

- 500 ml beef brothel
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons miso paste
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- a pinch of sea salt (depending on the saltiness of your miso)
- 2 eggs (optional)
- chili flakes (optional)

1. Prepare your ingredients and grate the ginger.

2. Bring the bone broth to a near boil and reduce to a simmer for a few minutes to heat through, then turn off the heat.Squeeze the ginger over the pan to extract all of the juice, then add the miso and crack in the egg, if using.

3. Use a whisk to blend it until smooth and creamy. Pour the soup into a mug or bowl and stir in the sea salt and lemon juice to taste.
