• 1 cup Beef or Chicken Brothel
  • ½ cup hot water add-ins
  • 1 teaspoon chickpea miso
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • scant ⅛ teaspoon turmeric
  • pinch of black pepper
  • lemon wedges
  • thinly sliced scallions
  • cilantro leaves

Brothel Breakfast

“This breakfast is a double treat for your gut. The probiotic bacteria in miso comes from fermentation which helps your microbiome. It may be called breakfast broth, but it’s also great to sip in the afternoons, so feel free to work it into your snack routine during your detox."


Step 1

1.Prepare all of your add-ins and then heat up 250 ml of your favourite fresh Brothel till hot and let simmer. Do not boil to keep all nutrients in tact.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper. Slowly add in the warm broth and hot water and whisk until fully diluted. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and add scallions and cilantro if desired.
